OK I didn't use havla after the first time I logged in and out all day and half the night still couldnt heal I talked to friend warned them abou t what I thought was havla just as they were logging in. She didnt touch it and guess what! She still got the same dumb messsage "you must wait to do that" I'm wondering if you use havla once per day that auto sets the bug till next server reset. However that does nothing to explain the fact she never used it at all as she was so out! I'm useless I'm not a doctor that is going to sit in line all day and do buffs. I like to get out there but I can't so I log in test nothing log out.

I'm a bit confused by this post. I will admit to being addicted to havla. I generally apply buffs only to guild members and citizens in my city so it's not like I'm sitting at a starport portraying a buffbot. Consequently, I'm often buffing on the fly and being the impatient sort want to get done with it and go about my business as quickly as possible. I have never had any problems whatsoever from using havla. What is this "heal bug" you are referring to?

quick info.

if you use halva(any type not jsut the 100/101 type) then you will no longer be able to use stim packs and cures. Buffs will still work fine. This will also not wear out in th e60 min halva timer. Does not wear out if you log out then back in again. I am logging in now to test if dancing for 3 hours then having the server reset helps this any. I will post with the results...

But if you ever want to use a stim in a fight or heal wounds....stay away from halva.

Has this been proven? How many people have not used havla and not encountered the bug?

As of last night when Skip and I logged out, only the non Havla medical type character could still apply stimpacks. This is from the stickied thread "Healing and Cureing Bug."

I used havla everyday since the patch (even this morning after reading this post. After using it I then healed health wounds and action wounds on 5 different players without issue. I will try stim's today and see as well, but thus far the use of havla by my character on kauri has not been effected.

I hadn't so much noticed it when I went ot heal as much as when I triedto apply first aid. I was hunting janta's and they tend to use bleeds on you, but everytime I tried ot use first aid it said I must wait. Anyways I ate 1 havla of the lesser 100 type, hope this helps.

here's a bump to help the people that don't know this yet.

SOE won't announce it to ya so the players will.

Havla and possibly some other aspects of the healing process are bugged.

if you submit a ticket the reply says they're looking for a fix, but they do not mention havla.

so one more time for the folks at home:

DO NOT USE HAVLA!
