Simple question really, I haven't started to look hard yet. Also has anyone ever seen CA's for Medical Experimentation?

Yes and they sell for about a million for every point. 
+5 and upMedical experiment tapes go for unGodly amounts of credits.

Ugh. I guess that means I'll have to sell the 3 blue rug adhesives that I've been hoarding

On the plus side look for a Master Tailor. There are rewards in the Jabba themepark that can let a Master Tailor craft a +5 to Med Experiment apron. These are relatively inexpensive.

^^^ But even with the +5 med exp crafting apron, you'll still need to aquire 5 more +1 med exp tapes to see any effect (i.e. one more exp point to use in crafting).
I'm still looking for 2 more... been hitting auctions on Ahazi Trade Server for about 4 months now. I won't bid over 500k for them, but someone else always does.
I'm patient, though, and I'll get the other 2 eventually.
