Depending on the server you are on, your market price may vary accordingly.

When I am trying to set a price for my stims, I use the following formula to figure average market price:

same stim alphawith a 3x10 varience

vendor price per stim x3 + bazaar price per stim x6 /9=average market value, then average it to the nearest 50 credits.

StimB 33x350:

vendor A=1200

vendor B=1500

vendor C=1100

bazaar prices= 900, 1100, 1000, 1200, 1300, 1100

3800 + 6600= 10400 / 9 = 1155

Final sale price= 1150 per stimB 33x350

Notice that the price ranges are 2 low, 2 mid, 2 high price ranges from bazaar, and the lowest, mid, and highest found on vendors.

This formula helps me meet market value without damaging the economy or my bank account. Due to natural selection making some people greedy or do everything solo versus people that are not greedy due to large amounts of support, the average person can make a good living staying somewhere inthe middle and earn a reputation of fair prices for good quality products.

For crates:

Multiply the final price x the crate amount (average 50). I normally add discounts for bulk orders.

1st crate gets a 10% discount

every additional crate gets a 5% additional discount multiplier.

Round to the nearest 1k credits.

Same stimB setup from above:

1150 x 50= 57500-(10% discount) 5750= 51250

Round to 51K.

(2nd crate) 51000- (additional 5% discount) 2550= 49450

Round to 49K and sell 2 crates for 100K.

Continue this process for as many crates as you have a single person ordering at once. I even often extend discounts to repeat customers to hold their loyalties.

I know this seems like a lot to figure, but when you get a finished product ready to go to the factory, you have plenty of time to do a little exploring to figure your average market price.

I hope this helps you with your decision in pricing your meds in the future.

I'd charge 1495 creds on the bazaar for those stims on Scylla, 1K per stim if they were in a crate.

those stims would normally sellfor about 1k/pop or 50k/crate on ahazi... if they hadlike 37 charges or so, and it was on an offworld vendor, then they may charge a ridiculus price of 1500-2000 or 100k/crate.

I've only just started in the game of selling stims, and after searching around, I came up with a simple formula:

(Base Heal x Charges) / 5

Seems to give me around what everyone else is charging on starsider, and it's fair because it changes based on both attributes. I don't yet know how well they'll sell, but time will tell. If noone buys them, they will go to my guild for nothing.

What I did was try putting a few stims on the bazaar in a few towns at various prices, and watched how they sold. I found that some towns were better markets than others, and surprisingly the mid and high priced packs often sold before the cheaper priced packs (all packs were identical). With this information, I loaded up the hot bazaars with stims at the highest price that sold well enough to suit me.

One thing to keep in mind is that if you are selling out faster than you are producing, you aren't charging enough. From a pure business perspective, anyway.
