Greetings,
You know ... that’s a really good question. I would assume that since the Dev(s) themselves have said that Enhancements use the same “coding pipeline” as other forms of healing that they too would be affected by Battle Fatigue. Enhancing and Wound Healing also come from the same skill modifier, and wounds are certainly affected by having a high BF. If anyone on Lowca is willing to test this with me, I’d be glad to find out the answer once and for all (until then it might be nice to warn your customers and send them to the Cantina first!)

Yes, it does. I tried it on accident to a person whose wounds I was healing. The single stat buff I gave him was far below even the base power of the pack, which never has (or since) happened.

Yes, it certanly does. I have been in PvP situations, where I tried to throw a buff on a heavily wounded player, and the BF kicked in, and I got the message about shock levels reducing my medicines effectiveness. My enhance pack D only buffed for around 500. it seems kinda wasted when they are that wounded, but it helped that person fight on, instead of insta-capps. heh, the player mentioned here had around 800 BF. I am not sure what level it has to be at before meds arn't as effective though.
