I looted 10 or 11 of these off of a Krayt. They are 112 power. Are these worth much? I heard they were a buff component.

Haven't heard of those before. They do go in enhance packs.

A while back al lthe loot drops got boodes in frequency.

All the medic basic and advanced components drop (advanced need higher level mobs)... Last I checked only NPC's should be dropping fabricated gear like that.

is it an actualy component, or something that acts as a component (like blood?)

I don't care if they changed it.. I'm sure the **edit** things eat plenty of doctors, so who knows what you may get.

That'd be funny... Loot a Krayt, get a stimpack made by Traigus. Or Rodian deodorant or something.

Thanks for the replies. So I guess 40k is a reasonable price? I know there server-specific economy issues, but I didnt want to sell them for 150 creds to the first doctor I talk to if they are worth more than that.

And yea, this Krayt must havent eaten a pretty skilled Doc!

I think Advanced Solid Delivery Shell max out at 70-75 power. So, at 112 power, any doctor using these would effectively add 42 points of power to whatever they were using them in. So, for example, if you wanted to use them in enhancement packs, a pack that would normally be 850 power would be 892 power, which is a nice increase.

What that means in terms of gameplay can be seen if you use that in a formula for determining an average enhancement. Here's the formula:

Avg Enhancement = Location * (Wound Treatment Skill) / 100 * Pack Power

With the 850 pack (being used by a master doctor in a med center):

• Avg Enhancement = 1 * 200/100 * 850 = 1700

With the 892 pack (being used by the same doctor):

• Avg Enhancement = 1 * 200/100 * 892 = 1784

As you can see, your average enhancement would be up almost 100 points. That bonus is extended even further if the doctor has BE clothing and a good droid. So, yeah, I'd say they're worth something. I don't know that I'd pay 5k each for them, but they're worth something.

Albeit I am a rich doctor who seeks to have the absolute best medicines... anything to give me a slight edge would be EXTREMELY valuable, to me at least. Currently I have 895 enhance kits, I would love to get up to about 940. And with Janta blood and these ASD's, could probably get 1000 to 1200 on my kits (depending on the janta blood stats). That would be amazing.

I'd say they're worth a pretty penny and any doc that's got some money would probably pay well for them.

The best Adv Solid I can make is power 71, and that's with OQ996 dolvinte iron and OQ980ish/PE970ish Domestic Oats. (Guessing on these number but get 94% EE)

All "wound" base meds use these, and would increase the power nicely. Would love some of those, with some good Janta blood.
