Doctors use all kinds of Flora, including "Named" types like Dantooine Berry Fruit and Lokian Wild Wheat.
Most important for Flora is OQ/PE in that order.
We use water, but doctors really ONLY want Talusian Water Vapor. Anything else isn't worth it.

It should be noted that the only quality on Talusian Water of any importance is strictly OQ.
