Thread: Best Stim B?
Thats a very good one.
Anything above 400 can be considered an outstanding stim.
above 350 a great stim
300-350 an average stim
200-300 below average
less than 200 pretty pathetic
What's the best Stim C and Stim D?
What's the average for Wound pack B's?
And what are some good prices to sell these items for?
Sorry, i'm new to this, just made Novice Doctor and I did it within two days of heavy grinding, so I didn't get to experience a lot of the learning that comes with the advancement.
I make:
440x41 Stim B (90K per crate)
595x51 Stim C (110K per crate)
935x53 Stim D (175K per crate)
210x36 Wound B (100K per crate)
I make good meds and charge accordingly (mostly deal with people who want the best and credits arent an issue)
The short answer:
40/348 and 39/354 were my last two batches of Stimpack Bs
The long answer:
In order to keep the costs down and my mind intact, I only use Advanced CRDMs in my woundpacks and enhancements - it just doesn’t seem worth it for Stimpack Bs. Using fairly good resources and Advanced BECs/LSs, my last batch came out 40/354. I sell those (and very similar ones) for 50k a crate and they fly off my vender all day long, so I know I’m doing something right. I’ve also been having great success selling 5 and 10 pack “mini crates” to folks who just want to buy a few at a time, and the price is always the same (1k per stim) so they don’t feel pressured into buying more than they need. However, I digress ...
On Lowca, most folks in the High-Powered B business go for the most power (and even the folks just making them for their own use, who have me do the schematics) rather than a balance of power and charges. With the crazy variance in heals, especially for someone with minimal medic training, the 50 listed power between a 350-ish and 400-ish stim won’t really matter. If you get a strong heal at just the right time with your higher powered pack it has much more to do with luck than with quality. However, knowing your pack will last 25% longer (40 vs. 30 uses) gets you more healing for your hard earned credit, which is why I encourage my fellow Doctors to experiment for Charges on their Advanced BECs, if not on the final product as well.
So when you compare your “best” packs, remember that its not just the power that matters - take into account your charges, as well as price and over all aggravation of create the product.
My personal best: 31/456 on a B-stim with regular (non-looted components), 28/530 using Janta blood.
I've made an E-stim with 49/1162
WOOT!
