First question: Does medicine use 60 compared to the medicine use 70 enhance packs make a huge difference? I know the best ones are 90 but i don't want to use the skill points. Also does 60 or 70 use enhance packs a lot worse then the 90?

I also need store locations of vendors who sell them

I don't think we understand the question.

I mean it's pretty obvious that the higher the Med Use the better some other stats on an Enhance pack will be. But the better enhance packs ahve ratings like A, B, C or D. D's are the best. Even ones with Med Use experimented down are likely to be better than a C with no experimentation on Med Use. So I just don;t know what you are asking. You could always look at the FAQ and see if that explains what youa re looking for.

"A" level enhances are around 58-60 med use

a good "A" level buff will do from 100-200 points per buff depending on your wound treatment skill

"D" level enhances are greater than 90 med use

a good "D" level buff can do greater than1-2k points per buff, depending on your wound treatmen skill

With medicine use 60, are the buff packs even comparable to D's.

And same with 70 medicine use.

Im not sure which packs I get to use with 60 or 70 medicine use.

The FAQ lists which Med Use tends to relate to which packs. Higher lettered packs will be better than lower ones. But like anything you'll always have to check the exact ratings for power and duration levels you want.
