No, this is not about how fast to grind....
If I go up the wound treatment tree first like many have stated, when I hit Wound Treatment II and can use enhance packs, what enhance packs can I use? Just As? Bs?
Whats the duration on A and B enhance packs and in general if made with pretty good resources how long do they last?

Which enhancement packs you can use really depends on your medicine use skill. If you have no Medicine Knowledge, you're going to be hard pressed to use even the worst enhancement packs. If, however, you get Master Medicine Knowledge, you can use the best enhancement packs (although they'll have to be modified slightly to bring the med use requirement down).
It's been so long since I've made or used an A or B pack that I really can't even think of what the rough stats would be. However, I do remember that enhancement A packs were so low that they were practically worthless. I think about 100 point buff with an A pack was pretty good. I imagine a B pack would be in the 300-400 range.
Just for the sake of comparison, quality D enhancement packs (in the hands of a master doctor) can hit for over 3,000.
Enhance A = ~57 Med Use = Medical Knowledge 1 -60 Med Use
EnhanceB = ~66 Med Use = Medical Knowledge 2 -70 Med Use
EnhanceC = ~75Med Use = Medical Knowledge 3 -80Med Use
Enhance D = ~93 Med Use = Master Doctor -100 Med Use
This is taking into account NO experimentation. Experimenting on ease of use CAN lower some of the packs to a lower leve at the cost of effectiveness
