The schematics that I used to make my buffs are a med use of 77. For some odd reason all of the ones in my inventory are med use 92. I know for a fact they haven't always been 92 because I usually give some packs to my non master doctor friend that has a med use of only 80. I realized the problem when I gave him an enhance D packlike I have been doing for a few weeks, and he /tells me that he doesn't have enough med use for the pack. I check all of the packs in my inventory. they all say 92. I check my schematics. They all say 77.

I suspect after I got "Disconnected from Server" that I may have gotten bugged somehow, but not real sure.

Has this happened to anyone else?

yes, this happens to all crates of D buffs made before the last update.

The devs fixed the experimentation formula for buffs, but a side effect, is that the new formula is applied to old buffs in crates when the are extracted from the crate.

There is nothing you can do to fix your crate.
