Thread: Another TEF Question

I'm getting tired of getting booted out of my hospital. I shouldn't have to stand outside with my droid to treat patients that are overt. It's ridiculous. My question is: Can neutrals heal overts? If so, I think I will go neutral until this is fixed, IF it is fixed.

Unless something changed, neutrals can not heal anyone that is overt or has a TEF.
