So i hear ya get even better buffin stats at a med city. So.....is there a list of such cities? Are any of the major (non player) cities med cities?

No non-player cities are medical centers. A list would probably be found easier if you included your Galaxy. Also you may want to try your galaxy forums for a better result.

Indeed there is. It does stack with everything else so it's a nice little jump.

Only one I know of on Bria, is ours, Strongbadia.

Medical cities are nice, the only one I know of on Naritus is Arunna, and it cycles through a few different specializations.
