From what I have heard it is bugged and random..

It seems to be anywhere from 5 to 10 mins on average.. but no one really knows

It is bugged... Pretty much try to be there before 5 minutes, and it's usually safe.

What is the length of time from time I die that I can be rezed. Is it 5 min? 10 min?
