This is to anwser a few things not said in the other FAQ found here
http://www.iootnega.com/doctor/faq.asp.
Q: How does Havla work
A: Havla allows you to buff someone insix seconds flat. One second for every stat.
Q: I ate some Havla, but for some reason it doesn't work. What's wrong?
A: It may be because you have Havla with a Heal Recover Bonus of 99 or lower, you need 100+ in order for it to work. Also if it is 100+ just put a "HealEnhance" button on your bar and hit it 6 times. You create a macro that has "HealEnhance" 6 times. You may also put the stats after that to make it so your buffs go over previous buffs.
Q: What kind of Avian Meat and Reactive gas do I need?
A: You want to get some Meat with high Overall Quality(OQ), Potential Energy(PE), and Decay Resistance(DR). For gas you wantOverall Quality and Decay Resistance.
Q: I have some Avian/Gas with 800-1000 OQ800-1000 PE, but the DR is only around 300. Will this work?
A: It will work, but your buffs will not last that long. The PE controls the amount the buff is for, DR controls how long it will last, and OQ adds to both of them. So while you can get a good stat buff it will only last for about 2 hours or less.
Q: On the Advanced Biological Effect Controlers (ABEC) Should I experiment for Charges or Power?
A: Generaly you will want charges because this will give you more bang for your buck. The power you get with ABEC is not that much so charges are worth it because you can get around 27+ charges compared to 18-21
Q: How does Medical Experimentation/Assembly Tapes work?
A: What these will do is boost your Medical Experimentation by the amount you have on the tape. You need +10 to give you another experimentation point. Assembly tapes you do not need to go in groups of 10 to work for the effects. The max you can get is +25 to any stat.
Q: I put a tape on a piece of cloth that already had +# of the same stat why didn't they add up?
A: Currently this is a bug. The larger stat will cancel out the smaller stat. Just put the new tapes on a different piece of clothing
Q: How much should I pay for a skill tape?
A: Generaly it depends on your server as it can range from server to server, but for SunRunner a +1 can go for 200k-300k, a +2 500k-800k, ect. They don't have a defined price so try to find some tapes that fits your bugget.
