Though I usually save the havla for a quick speed buff on a friend in need, for some reason - it hasn't been working lately. I get the same message when I eat the havla, but my recovery time between buffs is not decreasing (whereas before with havla, I could apply a complete set of buffs in rapid succession).

Anyone else experiencing this?

Had the same experience and was checking forums for it.

And there was me thinking i bought a bad batch :s

I used it for the first time last night and nothing happened.

I thought I had bought a batch of cheese on toast instead of havla. I reminded me of when i was at school when some kid brought in a bag of mixed herbs claiming it was something else and, after smoking it, we all sat around twiddling our thumbs waiting for something to happen.

I have 100+ havla and it works like it always did.

I have a friend that if he pops a muon, can speed buff a line of 20 on one havla (same stuff I buy). I wish I could figure that one out lol

Well, this is just bizarre. I thought for a moment that perhaps since mine wasn't +100 (only +96) that perhaps that was making the difference, but I have been using this same batch the entire time and it worked just fine before. I'm still baffled, but I'm hesitant to buy another batch just to see if that stats on the Havla make the difference.

Anyone else have any input?

I bought my first batch ever about 2 weeks ago and it has never worked appropriately. Never cuts down the buff time between buffs. Someone said, well you need to ignore the message. Guess what? I tried...no change at all like the most of your are talking about. I've been complaining about this for 2 weeks and everyone always told me it was working.

yes the havla only work (no delays) if is 100+ bonus

and even the +100 stuff doesn't work as advertised -- got some that was supposed to be good for 24 wound heals (4 buffs), but the effects faded after 12 wound heals (2 buffs)

My experience exactly. I took it and gave about 4 buffs then it pooped out and my stomach was still full with it for quite awhile longer. I have read the statsseveral times and it says it is good for much more although I can't remember exactly what at the moment. This has happened repeatedly until now I only use it when I need to buff a small team in a hurry like before we go into the Vette or a cave or something. Not reliable enough for normal buffing.

mine is working fine but cant use it if buffing public, cause after the havla is gone,

im still quite full, and when the bivoli runs out i cant eat another one.

Havla is a buggy food indeed. As others have noted, the food will only work if it's over 100, less than that will have zero effect. Also, the number of heals effected is actually the displayed number/2, rounded down.
