As far as PvE goes, I see no reason why the resistance buffs wouldn't work. Most PvE poison/disease are far below player-created. But...note I said *most*.

We know they have an effect in PvP against CMs (and DOT weapons supposedly), but do the Innoculations also work in PvE against creatures that spit Poison or Disease (like a Diseased Nuna or Mynocks on Lok)?

I understand it's a little hard to test since you can't force a MOB to disease you, but I think with a few people running around Yavin or Endor hitting the MOBs that do Poison/Disease could be a useful test... it would make these useful for more than just PvP.

As a secondary question, do the targets that have the resistances get a screen (or spatial/combat log spam)message that they've resisted the attack? I know as CM you get a notification that "target" has been poisoned or resisted the effects...

Ifigured as much. I'm not so much concerned about the poisons, but I hate getting diseased and having 1 point left on my HAM bar when the buffs run out. Not that I can't heal it fast enough, it's just an annoyance I guess. They're not potent, but the duration is crazy sometimes, and when I'm on my non-Doc, I can't readily stop the thing...

Thanks Hawkes, I thought it would be the best way to seperate my Stims/Cures/Buffs from the CM poisons and Diseases... I get a lot of compliments about the names.

They should work in PvE. Although, as mentioned, 9 times out of 10 it will be more of a "nice bonus to have" and not a necessity. Although, I certainly wouldn't mind a disease c when fighting a Giant Dune Kimo
