Thread: New Patch = New Price ?

Just wondering if any of you will be raiding your prices. With the new patch came allot of PvE changes (namely high end mobs). Now that you cant solo anything (which is a good thing) will you be raising your prices. Even its a 1-2k raise will you do it ?

Why would you raise prices because people can't make as much money now? Shouldn't it be the opposite?

Hmm interesting...... Both people have a good point, the demand for buffs will be even higher now that it is much harder to solo something with buffs, and without its REALLY REALLY hard.


But on the other hand people wont be making as much money as they did before.


Im glad I dont have to face this decision myself I just craft, but I cant say that I will be raising my prices anytime soon.

I'd say go go for at least a couple k higher than your going server rate and it see what affect it has on the lines, if you are still mobbed, charge more next time. Or adjust accordingly.

Yea keep raising prices. Give people more of a reason to just go to buff bots.

Don responded like a true capitalist, very good mate. It matters little about the game mechanics, doctors should charge what ever the customers are willing to pay. With the changes, there maybe more or less demand for buffs, but until they fix the HAM, I think everyone will want the buffs just as they did before. Also for how much money they make while buffed, that matters little, the economy is based on how much credits are in circulation now, not how much credits may be in circulation a few hours from now.

we doctors need to have a good strike, all those little whinners who complain about our prices now will realy be crying when they cant kill anything after a couple of months of doctors being the only ones with money because we can still do missions, we can go back to buffing people for prices as high as 50k and people would still pay just so they can make some cash. hahaha i know im evil but man we docs would get rich and it would make those complaining punks shut there faces

never will i rais my price i think my prices are fair and even at 60k and to rais it any higher i might lose some ppl to other buffers)

Even though the NPC changes have made the high-end ones (like Nightsisters) more difficult, supposedly they drop better/more loot now too...so all I see this doing is forcing people to group together yet they still can get all the loot they want, and hence I doubt buff prices will change much.

ok im not being mean or anything BUT what planted you running missions on i was 0402 swordsman and i was soloing janta missions on dant 32k payouts not to mention if u want to just get buffed use some food and good armor and just attack the lair seems just as east as before



but as far as raiseing prices im not really into buffing for money i usually dont charge my guild or some other friends and i can make more money running missions then sitting around buffing dealing with impatient and rude customers


oh yah in my guilds city we always have a 12-10 person SOLO group going thats how we get missions

I can not see me raising my prices at all...i currently charge 10-12k anyway and i still get swamped. As far as im concerned anythinghigher is a rip off, yes i know all to well the buff packs are not cheap but come on we could make a profit on a lot less.


Before i get flamed for charging 12k i buff for 2541or above on all stats for 3hrs...not many buff that high and still charge 10k.

I dont see why buff prices would increase with new patch. The only way the prices would increase if the hunters keep asking more cpu for the current avian meat spawn.

Um wisky after the next changes you WON'T be able to solo 32k mission so you won't have as much money comming in!!!


they are making its hard to kill things thus doc will be more needed but the will be less mission money about
