My fear is that I paid a lot of money for this thing and it somehow won't work like when you put two tapes for the same skill in one article of clothing. Has anyone done this? Will it work alright?

Don't do it! It won't show up if memory serves... Find a bandolier or even your socketed backpack we all carry around. If you have sockets in your clothes, by all means, put it in there-but NOT in the apron!

Ok. Thanks. I was worried something might be screwy with this.

I would attach it to a piece of clothing that you only wear while crafting. When done crafting, unequip the clothing and apron and leave them in your house. You don't want these valuable items to decay.

The higher value will appear in the Apron...

If you add a +2 tape to the Apron, you'll remain at +5 but lose the tape anyway.

If you add a +8 tape to the Apron, you'll go to +8 on the Apron.

I know, I learned the hard way. I added a +8 tape to my Apron a while ago on accident.But I got lucky, I have a Belt now that a friend looted and sold to me for a good pricewith +13 so those are the only 2 items I need to have my +20.

You can't put CAs into the sockets of backpacks.

The above posters are correct it will not work. Basically it will cancel out the medicine experimentation value of the apron itself.

Actually, last time I tried it you could... unless they've changed it since then...

Fill the backpack to it's limit (50/50) and then drag the SEA onto it. It should stick.

OMFG! ! Is THAT how you do it? Months and months of thinking this was borked..... down the drain! I found it funny that they had sockets.....

/drag sea onto backpack;

/open backpack;

/pointat sea that went into backpack, not ON;

/laugh;

/pause 1;

/cry

I still have doubts that this will actually work.
