Ok, I will start by saying that I am fairly new to crafting. Here's my problem. I created a set of buffpacks with the following sub component stats.
ABEC 15 charges / 25 power (made by a 12 point friend)
ASDS 71
ACRD 67
The final buff packs were 23 charges 898 power 90 med use(10 points to power 1 to med use). So after reading comments here and in trade forum I decided to reduce power a bit to increase charges. So I use these subs
ABEC 21 charges / 17 power
ASDS 71
ACRD 60 (used diiferent herb)
What I expected was 28 charges 883 power 90 meduse, assuming same exp. So I combine these ingredients with same reactive and avain in first packs. I max out the lower power with 9 points power comes out 883 just what I expected. use one point on med use which brings it to 90. Then I have one point left to increase charges, upon creation buffs had 25 charges after exp 26?
I thought that the charges in ABEC were in one to one relationship, so the packs should have come out with 28 charges..with the extra point 29 maybe even 30. So what did I do wrong? Does somethng else affect charges?
Any help will be appreciated.

your right in what you say, charges have a 1:1 appliance..
the only thing, i can think of.. and im not being cocky, or anything.. but did you check which abec crate you used.
I know I have labelled crates incorrectly in the past. So what was labbeled as 25p/15c was infact 15p/25c. This caused me a bit of confusion for a couple experimenational rolls.
Thats the only thing i can think of..

The stats we see on subcomponents are rounded numbers. The 15 charges of your first batch was probably rounded down while the 21 charges of the second batch was probably rounded up. The extra decimal places that we can't see are still retained by the game, and used in the final calculation when you assemble the finished product. You didn't do anything wrong, this is just one of those things. I have run into this myself when I've made two batches of a component with different resources but got the same power or charges (at least as far as I could tell). Sometimes, even with the same stats, the finished products come out slightly different.

I will check the abec again to make sure I didnt label it wrong... If the stats are what I think they are even if 15 was rounded down and 21 was rounded up, I still should have got 4 more charges but I only got 2 more. Does anything else affect the charges?

Your resources (avian and gas) are the only things other than the ABECs that affect charges. Did you try more than one assembly? You could have gotten a bad assembly roll on charges.

I only got one amazing success, by the time I got it I was full, will try again a fewtimes tosee if I get different charges

It is still mathematicaly possible that it's just a rounding issue. A difference of 2 charges from what you expected isn't out of the question.
