Hello,

First thread here...

I wanna know what is "need medecine value 89" is.

I got the box to buff recently and i cant buff cause it says the value 89 thingy.

I know the buff wont be powerfull but i just wanna buff ppl in my guild for grind so its ok.

Do you mean the Medicine Use value? If so, that's the skill level required in order to use that pack. All meds have it. To use any med, you have to have enough med use skill, and the necessary command. In doctor, medicine use is gained in the Doctor's Medicine Knowledge line. To use 89 med use buffs, you will have to be at least 0240 doctor.

To be able to use any buff pack, you need to have the appropriate medicine use rating. It sounds like you mean to be saying that the med use rating is 89. If you just got the box to buff I am guessing you cant use 89 med use items. To buff with that you would need to be 0-2-4-0 Doctor. To use any buffs with over 90 med use, you would need to be a mester doctor.
