SWGCraft.com is a very handy place for this, just use the find resources link on the left...for reactive gas youll want to do 66 OQ and 33 PE for Avian I think Used 66OQ 20PE 14DR to even out the different properties...
For avian it is 50/50 for the oq/pe for power. For duration is is 60/40 dr/oq.
For gas it is 60/40 dr/oq for duration and 100 oq for power
For herb it is 66/33 oq/pe for ACRDM if I recall. Remember that herb has the 700 pe cap. I think we had some 996/654 from yavin but I dont recall the name.
Also you have to apply for an account to use the find resouces function. The account is painless to get.
My advice though if you cashing in your resource reward is to go for avian as gas and herb are much easier to get.

reactive gas does not have a pe stat. overall power is 33% gas OQ + 33% avian OQ + 33% avian PE. So on avian meat OQ and PE are equally valuable.
Hence the reason when compairing Avian meats you want to use 50/50 oq/pe when looking at power as I suggested.
