Thread: Do I need to be able to craft buff packs to use them?

I have a quick question. I'm about to redo my character template. Currently I'm a Master Doctor, but I'm playing around with the idea of going Master Squad Leader as well. In order to do so, I'm thinking of dropping my doctor skills to 0440. I'll be a slow buffer, but that's okay. What I need to know is that if I don't have any of the crafting tree, can I still use buff packs that have a medical use rating of 90 or below?

Medicine use is in the knowledge line and the healenhance command is in wound treatment 2. They are all you need.

If you have med use 90 (xx4x), you can use meds that are at 90. Ther meds don't have to be below your skill, they just can't be above it.
