Yes. Although it would be nice if someone could post the complete new resource list, havent found that here nor in the BE or CM forums. I dont have a BE toon on TC-Ep3

Hmmm. Okay at least they are using more typical doc resources now. Did anyone notice how they upped the amounts of organic?
Here's what I think still needs to be changed:
(1) Use traditional doc components in Medic and Doctor meds, not CM components.
Stim enhancers should use ABEC, ACRDM, ALS (ranged stim enhancers can use ADM instead of ABEC)
Buff enhancers should use ABEC, ACRDM, ASDS
(2) Decrease resource requirements at least in half.
Change the 7,8 or 9 components to 2, 3, or 4. Cut the organic (and inorganic if you want) in half as well.
(3) Consider using ONLY non-creature resources in Stim Enhancers to keep them affordable for everyone.
The new resource list may be more palatable for doctors, but unless resource requirements go down, it irrelevant, becausevery few peoplewill be able to afford to make or buy them.

These requirements would be OK if you get 100 or more uses out of them, but 200 avain or domestic meat is just way overboard. Even if Avain prices drop to 50 cpu, this will still be too expensive to be used regularly. But atleast it's a start in the right direction, may be some hope yet!
The new meds have around 200 shots in them. The math isnt hard here: 200 avian*100 cpu/200 charges = 100 cpu per shot for the avian meat.
That's just the cost for the most expensive ingredient (and a conservative one at that). Considering you have another around 1250 units of inorganic @ 5 cpu brings your manufacturing cost to 130 cr per use. Expect someone to sell it for about 300-500 cr per use (60-100k per pack).
Now 500 cr per shot might be ok for a buff, but would you pay 500 cr everytime you used a heal??? I wouldn't unless it was a special event like the Corvette or a big raid.
The resource amounts deparately need to be decreased.

Have you made and used one yet?
To be honest I am still a bit confused about how they work exactly.
For example your view suggest that one shot of Enhancer will be used per one shot of heal/buff/etc. However, perhaps they work for XX minutes (like bivoli), or perhaps they have XX uses per shot (like synsteak). In either of these cases the cost per patient could be much lower than your suggesting.
Sadly, my home PC is on the blink and I can not find out myself.
