although Im not on the servers currently running the CURB, early posts indicate that the novice - novice, standard - standard and elite to elite switches in skillpoint are going to hit hybrid professions hard - Marrow, do you have any idea if this is still up for discussion?

to help ilustrate my point, Im currently a MHS/ MDoc

this takes
2 novice boxes (medic, brawler)
5 normal profession lines ($ medic, 1 brawler)
2 complete trees of elite skills (doc/ NHS)

the remainder of my SP are currently in scout.

now, applying the new respec rules to this template and chosing MDoc/ MCH/ BE 0004 (med crafting doc)...gives

2 novice boxes (scout/ medic) - direct swap - -no problem
2 standard lines (2 scout/ 3 doc) - again - direct swap, no problem
2 complete trees of elite (direct swap, no problem)

BUT

1 elite tree of BE - the only SP ill have to achieve this are currently in novice and standard boxes - hence I wont be able to switch these into an elite tree on the current rules. I can start grinding Med crafting XP, but this wont get to to where I was before the CURB in terms of medical crafting.

Unforuntately, the same sort of problems also occur with my Alt - -MCommando/ TKM...he's going to be disadvantaged by the CURB respec too...

Has this been raised on the CURB forums and is there any update as to whether the Devs actually realise that they are putting some classes of player in a worse postion that they were before the CURB...

feedback from players who have seen this system in action would be appreciated as I dont have first hand expereicne of it...
