better at PvE than PvP

its fine for PvP, but you have to be able to accept and work with the fact that your normal range is limited to about 12 meters, and any smart opponent would stay out of your reach.

It makes a great support class for PvP as well.

With powerboost and meditate, you can use a combination of normal heals and quick heals to bring a party of buffed PvPers back into the battle very quick. After combat is over, you can then meditate away the wounds you take from using quickheal.

In general, once you have this, the days of wound packs are no more. Just tend wound and meditate away the mind wounds.

Master Doc /TKMis not the best choice for PvP because you can always find someone else to do the buffing for you. For PVE it's a pretty good choice though.

Not even close. I'm a Master Doc and /tendwound can maybe heal 45 wounds I think. With good woundpacks you can heal over 500 (most I've done) wounds at once.

Rifleman or Carbineer.

Doc/TKA is lots of fun, but circumstances have to be just right to be successful in PvP. Doc+ranged is a lot more versatile.

It is arguably the best for PvE.

For PvP it is fine but limited to range of course. Smart players will kite you to death though.

Inside close quarters (faction bases), we rock though.

Most TKA have Dizzy / KD attacks to keep opponents still anyway?

Any melee class are an excellent addition to doctor, im only a 1/3/2/3 heavy swordsman and I solo things much faster than my ranged counterparts.

Buffs & melee just kick ass, simple as that
