If all you plan to do is heal then why the 3xxx bh? I assumed you wanted to pull down Jedi mission. If that is the case then you should know that you can not heal other BH who are attacking a Jedi. You also assume that a jedi will just sit and hit you making you the tank. They will not. They are not mindless NPC's.

If you want healing only then you might want to drop the BH and just go CM/Doc with a bit of pistols (stopping shot).

This is a much better build but it results i a lvl 76 toon and no root shots. The dots are ok but you root yourself tossing them and jedi then kd you and bash you. You might be better off moving the healing line of CM over to the xxx4 so that you can paralize to heal up or pick up xx4x to use E. Drain to slow them down. The added healing eff you get has deminishing returns. I am not sure how much higher your heals will be with the 4xxx than without it when you have 4xxx doc.
