Would somebody be kind to me and tell me augmentation and healing effeciency, i know augmentatio is the duration between buffs, but does healig effeciency actually improve the heal or the time between heals? is there any difference between a master doctor healer and a master medic/doctor heal

Healing Eff is suppose to be for your stims and such, and there is an increase as you go up in blocks...it however has nothing to do with wound healing...atleast to my knowledge it doesn't.
