I have been trying to use a bacta jab enhancer Enhancer that was crafted. For some reason i cannot use on myself without having to target myself. is there any kind of command that would allow me to use a crafted Bacta Jab Enhancer without having to target myself.

Nope, they are bugged just like Bacta Toss Enhancers so you have to /tar self to get a heal.

you could use one like....
/target self;
/pause .5;
/heal; (or whatever the command is your using, i'm assuming it'll actually be a /ui command for your toolbar in this case).
/pause .5;
/ui action cycleTargetOut;
This will target yourself then heal and then it'll cycle out to the closes target to you, which if your in combat should be the target your in the middle of combat with. Not a foolproof macro but should be more helpful than not.

Not bugged. It's a "feature". Basically you by default heal the target of your target, if your target is hostile. This "feature" is there to help you heal the tank I suppose. I don't like it.

You can target yourself with cntrl-1, might save a bit of time if you're typing /tar self
