Thread: Stabilizer all state effects?

Has naybody figured out how this works yet?


Does it remove all effects (debuffs)? Is it just the old ones, such as dizzy, blind? Does it need to be used once for each effect, or does it remove all effects from one use?

Not sure how they work...I have yet to get any type of state effect.

I really wish they would allow us to use the character builders on Test Center so we can try these things out...
