You mean will you be able to finish your grind to doctor?
Medical XP is so easy to come by in the current system that you should finish Master Doc well before the CU hits.
In the CU however, medical xp is only gained by healing group members or yourself in combat, and then you only receive med xp as a proportion on the xp from a kill.
So once a group member kills a mob they were fighting, with you healing that group member, you get medical xp when they get their weapon and combat xp.
Hope that makes sense.

Medical exp isn't hard to get if your in a group and a dedicated healer. The amount of healing no longer determines the experience gained, but rather the combat level of the creature the group is fighting. As long as you heal at least one group member (any amount) while they are fighting (or being attacked by) a creature, you will get medical experience when that creature dies.
All healing skill boxes are considered combat boxes in the CU (which increase your combat level), so they will be eligible for respec with any other combat skill.

It might not be as fast as AFK healing a tumbler...
But it is for sure more fun and healthy for the game, I like the new system better.
