I have found that I can only Rez if I was in the group of the dead.
And if it was a solo player we needed to make a group, plus I found it odd that they could invite me to create a group.

Just wondering if I was the only one unable to rez players, lately.

Had immediate access to corpse, had consent, yada yada, yet still couldn't get that rez pack to fire.

Is this a known issue, or is this some highly confusing combatant/on-leave/specforce thing I'm failing to understand?

My doc is an on leave reb. One player I tried to rez was a reb combatant. Not sure what the other two were.

Any ideas?

The players either have to be on leave, or neutral in order for you to rez while *you* are on leave.

Healing rules apply, so if you couldnt heal them when they were alive, you cant rez them, either. If you are on-leave, your rez abilities are limited to neutral players and those on leave, also.
