Thread: A problem with keeping the XP requirements in the CU

Bear with me for a second to point a problem I foresee with the new XP requirements for Medic/Doctor.


A novice Medic standing in Theed with LFG in his title and spamming looking for a group.


A novice Doctor standing in Theed talking with his friends.


A hunting group if forming up, the leader starts to send tells to the novice doc asking him to join the group, while ignoring the novice medic.


A master Doctor pops in, intending on doing some shopping.


The group leader notices him and starts sending him tells, the master doctor tells him no, the group leader offers him 100k to join, the doctor says no, the leader offers him 500k to join, the master doctor says there is a novice medic looking for a group take him he needs the XP, the group leader replies we are going Krayt hunting and we want the best.


This is a problem I see happening if they keep the XP requirement to be grouped in combat.

I am actually convinced most will be dropping doc and not many will master doc anymore. This will most likely be a non-issue.

Yeah, armour Certand "magic" healing that is kinda useless since everone can heal themselfes leaves only state heals and rezzing...Doc will be a boring profession both in and out of combat.

Yeah I found it very frustrateing that you only get med xp when grouped. Yeah you can get it while ungrouped but it ain't easy.
