before the cu i hade some lotsof the best buff packs on the radiant server and came back into it and now the buffs dont seem to be worth nothing =/

all my meds (heals) do nothing now =/

so im asking for a list of the conversions ie what once done this now does.........

and is it just 2 items we now buff?

I think most of our stuff turned into enhancers.
