Thread: 10% Maximum Buffs?

I thought the max buff was supposed to be 20%. What's the deal? Are Master Doc's going to be able to buff at 20% or not?

I think you have to get the upgraded skill version in the Doc trees to buff at 20. !0% is the entry level buff if I am not mistaken.

Right now everyone is buffing at 10% and the only difference is duration time. Enhancers do not increase the strength of the buff.
