Thread: Doctor Bags and a Instant D Comparison Very Upset!

I was playing around with my wife's Artisan character today and found a new item: Doctor Bag.


It states: This bag helps Medics, Doctors, and Combat Medics organize medicines.

Exclusive: You may only carry one copy of this object at a time.


I made one, gave it to my Doctor, then tried dragging stuff on it, dragging in onto stuff, and nothing worked. I have no clue what this is supposed to do. It's radial options list:


  • Remove Meds

  • Label Meds

If anyone knows what this does, please inform me! Inquiring minds would like to know.


At first I almost cried when I saw my huge batches of Stimpack E's convert to 600 heal, 60 use Instant Stimpack D's. Then I thought to myself, "maybe this is the norm now". Boy was I dead wrong.


Instant Stimpack D (with all new post-CU components): 1185 heal, 17 uses, CL60 - experimented all the way on efficiency (10 points), then two points on uses.
Instant Stimpack D (with pre-CU 188 power ALS): 1303 heal, 16 uses, CL60 - experimented all the way on efficiency (10 points), then two points on uses.
Instant Stimpack D (with all new post-CU components): 978 heal, 21 uses, CL60 - experimented all the way on uses (10 points), then two points on efficiency.


Anyone else find this disturbing? I mean, not only do they nerf down 1200+ heal Stimpack E's to 600, but you can then make Stimpack D's that are twice as powerful. In thinking this over, I can't find their logic. Shouldn't the old Stimpack D's and E's remained the same in power (maybe nerf uses)? I'm really upset about this, and would love for our correspondent to ask for an answer.

I lost all my combat skills with the respec, at Master Doc with some village trees, i am a 55cl. this means that i can't even use my stims that i have. but a 60cl or above can without even being novice medic??? HOW IS THAT A BALANCE?


Q. Did everyone's rez packs become stim A?

LOL! That's where those Stim A's came from. I couldn't figure out what item I would have carried on me that would have become Stim A's. Pretty sad really.

I'm so lost! I have no idea what converted to what, much less what it does! All I know is that my super buffs turned to crap, a million credits down the drain!

Yes, I find this disturbing too...the devs love to screw over the medical profession, it seems. And Zalia, in answer to your question, all my res kits became stim As...stim Ds would have been a bit more helpful, SOE!!!

DOc bags are a throwback to the original (?) CU. It was something we requested. I guess they never took it out when tehy implemented stims.

its balanced because , the stims are on a one minuts timer... so NO spaming heals.

I just crafted Stim D with 31 charges and 1150+ heal


I used ABEC 19 poer 23 charge Power 187 ALs and Chem 66. What annoys me is that the stim e i made turned into 61 chatge 600 heal

ALL our med items converted to something semi-useless in power, and very unusable in game. Most of us are pretty much scrapping our old inventory and creating new...


I certainly hope that all you CU cheerleaders will at least shut up about how great a job the devs are doing for a little while after this one, but I'm sure it's just wishful thinking on my part...

Sorry guys my mistake got pwer 1253/31 stim D. I find 2 shots of thsese heal a character completely
