Since I'm leaving the game I'd like to be able to use crack with my Doctor. I think it should work like this...
Consuming crack gives you -750 mind, +2000 action, and +10000 health, all of which are permanent. Once you've taken crack you must take maintenance crack every 4 hours or you become incapped for 2 hours. Experience is gained at a rate of 2% of normal and all looted items are tradeable for more crack.
All of your stats will degenerate by 10% each day until two weeks have passed where you have a heart attack and are permadead.
