If you are in a med center and use it, anyone can look onthe Plantetary Mpa (Ctrl-V) under Med Centers and see that your med center is occupied (it has a parenthesis by it)

Just type /register while you in the medical center and it's on. It turns off automatically once you leave the Med Center.
