I just did a respec, to Master Doc, to help out my guild. I have a question regarding who I can heal:
If I'm Special Forces, can I heal those that are Combatant-Spec Force and On Leave?
I'm sorry to ask such a noobish question but thanks for your help in advance!

Yes SF can heal anyone with the exception of the opposite Faction.
Combatant can heal anyone with the exception of SF andopposite Faction
On-Leave can heal everyone with the exception of SF, Combatant and opposite Faction

Actually correction
Onleave can heal everyone except SF and Combatant. On-Leave is basically "Neutral" so it doesn't matter what faction the player is as long as they are of equal type.

i am nuetral, I believe I can only heal other nuetrals and people on-leave. Can somneone confirm this for me? I still do not see why Neutrals should not be able to heal everyone except perhaps in actual PvP, other then that we should be able to heal everyone.

This change was implemented in the GCW patch before the CU.
This is SOEs way of forcing you to choose sides in the GCW.
Now combine this with forced grouping, and I think you see the direction SOE is pushing the game.
