Hi all, I am a master doc, used to be a BH, Carbineer and dabbled at other profs. I started on day 1, launch of the game and left about 14 monthes later coz combat sucked (it was Karate Wars, not Star Wars).
Did the recent combat change enhance combat, make it more like Star Wars and less like Karate Wars?
It seems Doctors can't buff much anymore.
What can we do? And can someone point me to a new manual for all these skills/changes? I searched the forums and just find flames about the "up"grade .
Anyone point me to a pre-patch / post-patch manual?

Hi all
Would have been nicethough I think ifSOE had issued a new manual to allits customers rather than expect us to search through painless pages in the forums. Whyis itso difficultfor them toput adownload post-cu new game manual option in your relatedprofession forumwhich could be in.pdt format (Adobe Acrobat etc) which could list all post-cu changes and alterations etc to your profession.

CU was pushed live before it was ready for live, just so that it can be on the market when Episode III starts. SOE still isnt on top of the bugs in live, so they dont have time to write a new manual.

You might as well leave for another 12 months. Doctors are nerfed and combat is EQville....if you like to group and heal those in combat, then give it a whirl.

SOE did not release any manual dealing with the changes from pre-CU to post-CU or just explaining post-CU at all. If a new player buys SWG, the old manual from back in 2003 still is in the box as far as I know. Your best bet is to read through the forums.
