are they worth the skill points or should i just save them for something else?

come on someone should know? Should i go 4 0 0 4 or should i just go 4 0 0 0 and save the points?

as of my last reading..as a Doc, we can only buff to 10% of a toons HAM..we can no longer craft the higher level packs (20 & 30%) due to some genius at SOE saying 'hey... let's give all the higher crafting skills and schematics to Bio-Engineers, why should the Docs and CMs have them....) To boot, BE's are bugged, can't make the 20-30% packs...at least ones that work.....hope this answers your question.

Not bugged. We will never be able to make them. The better our buff the longer the duration and currently then only about 8 mins more. The 20% buffs you are referring to are spices such as moun pixie bolster blue etc which are shortterm as the devs said they would be.
