The last official word was ingame macros were ok, 3rd party are right out.

It is unclear on AFK macros though.

Jeassa said ina post that afk macroing with the "ingame" macro system is legal.

It is not a violation of any in game policies to use the current in game macro system to macro while AFK.

A CSR will not take any action against them unless they are using a macro to exploit, be they AFK or not.

In another post the devs said that the EULA is slightly worded wrong as it came from EQ where there is no ingame macro system, sorry dont have a link to that post.
