I'm master in Medicine Knowledge, but i'm zero right now in medicine crafting so I don't know what the requirements are for Enhanced D's. Do I need to be a Master Doc to use them? Or can I use them if I mastered the Medicine Knowledge tree?

With good materials you'll have to use 1 or 2 points of experimentation to take the med use requirements of Enhance Ds to 90, where they can be used by someone with Med Knowledge IV. Typically they start out at 93 before experimentation. Only Masters can craft the secondary stat D packs.

I've seen EnhanceD packs with 86 M. Use requirement. If Medicine Use is possible to get skill attachements for, I guess you could use them at III, if not, then you'd have to get IV anyway.

Med use skill tapes have never worked and don't drop anymore. Not sure why someone would want to experiment an enhance D down to 86. Maybe it was a C pack that someone had renamed :-)

I know this probably does not need to be said, but remember the effectiveness will decrease with easier use.

No, they are Enhance D with 950+ base enhancement. Maybe the player in question takes pride in making the best stuff, not just decent stuff?

Easier Med use has nothing to do with how good a pack is. I think the point offered is that experimenting below 90 is, possibly, a waste of experimentation points that might've been used to increase base enhancement or number of uses, as opposed to a reduction in Med use that is only usable by a very specific client.
