is there any benifit in going 0440 doc besides being able to revive. i am mainly gonna be buffing

if you are buffing for money, master doc is the only way to go. If you are buffing for yourself and some friends only, go with as much wound treatment as you can get.

Based on the ingame text, buffs should be determined by "Injury treatment" not "Wound treatment". I can't say for sure what is the truth, just saying what the actual game says. (You have +100 Injury treatment at Master Medic).

Anyway, I'm 0240 doctor, and I can get buffs over 2k fairy frequently at least.

Let me correct myself, I'm tired. Both Injury Treatment and Wound Treatment indicates that they affect the enchance medication effects.

Well, being as the system message is "You may now heal more wounds or apply additional enhancements" or something to that effect, my assumption is that Wound Treatment is the mod. that determines. Not at home so I can't look at the actual texts in the skill tree Wound line to see what it says as well.

Yes, no matter what the in-game text says, wound treatment is the skill that affects buffs.
