Hi my name is VEL and i had master medic as my holo proff but because i was having so much fun with it i decided to master doctor aswell and now im hooked.

I have a little production line and my own vender on tatooine but because of the holo grinding and the amount of people taking advantage of this the econamy for reasorces have got kind of stupid.

My question is how do i maintain my currant level of stim/wound kits and still make a profit.

I have spent almost all of my money making stim/wound kits to the highest standard and finaly i actualy have a nice little reputation going and quite a few of my customers are comming back for repete orders but because of the holo grinders i can no longer afford to keep my prices the same and will have to raise them.

The problem i see with this is the fact that my customers have got used to getting the best stim/wound kits for a reasonable price and if i am forced to raise my prices because of reasorces i will lose customers stim/wound kits will go up in price and everybody will lose out if anyone knows a fairly priced vender or has some advice on how to cut costs please post hear.

I have placed a harvester on LOK for the lokian wheat and one on tatooine for the fiberplast I am a teras kasi master so i can gather my own herbivor meat from endor but the reasorces that realy hurt are as follows

1) dant Berries
2) avian meat
3) lokian whild wheat ( i only have a medium miner and usualy go through lots of this )
4) tatooin fibreplast ( i only have a medium miner and usualy go through lots of this )

the last good quantity i saw of lokian wheat was 30k of it on tatooine for 120k now if it was good OQ+PE i could understand the price but both stats were under 300 and as for fibreplast so much of it is used that i empty my harvester and still have to go to venders and when i do i get prices like 8k for 30k and still the OQ+PE is lower than 200

I am ranting now but i personaly think that everybody takes docs for granted and expect us all to always have the best reasorces always have the best buffs and always have the best stim/wound kits but they feal they dont need to tip or they argue when u tell them its 6k for a full buff ( even with buffs i have had to add a 1k refund for any buff not over 1k) so im loseing money there too.

JUST HOW THE HELL ARE WE SUPPOST TO MAINTAIN OUR QUALITY AND STILL AFFORD REASORCES AND LIVING EXPENCES (ie: maintanance,traval costs,tip's,equipment) I FEAL LIKE IM IN A REAL MEDICAL PROFESSION HEAR UNDERPAYED AND UNDERAPPRECIATED.

the only thing i can tell you is to save up and purchase heavy harvesters/extractors when you can. Make sure you get the highest Base Extraction Rate you can. Otherwise you'll be paying an arm and a leg for resources and that's really not worth it.

The only other advice I would offer: make plenty of artisan and scout/ranger friends. Give them freebies (like a crate of stim Bs) to encourage them to keep an eye out for you for where the good avian and herbivore meat is. Your artisan friends can survey for you, and send you waypoints to where the best resources are. And if you have to raise prices because we are slaves to to planet specific resources such as Dantooine Berry Fruit and Lokian Wild Wheat (when was the last time those two didn't totally suck?), send an email to your dedicated customer base explaining the change, and why...and also that is temporary until things change for the better. You will find most will stick with you, especially if you have the reputation of doing the best job you possibly can on the pharmecuticals that you make.

Out of all the planet-specific resources we MUST use in our crafting, Lokian wheat and Dant berries have sucked shift after resource shift for the longest time....bah.
