I'm debating whether or not to keep my 3 boxes of pharamacology or to drop them for something else. I currently have some Cs with 504 strength but imho that kindof sucks since I have Bs with 420 strength. How high can a doc craft a stim C and keep the med use at 30 or under. I know this will vary depending up on the resources available on a given server but I'm looking for a ballpark figure.

If a doctor uses the same resources and subcomponents to make a Stim B around 400... then a Stim C with those resources will be around 600.. and they'll almost always have 5-6 more charges from the initial assembly.
The Stim C's you've got that are only 500 heal are pretty low quality. I just made a batch of 46/536 Stim C's with some really mediocre to poor qualitysubcomponents and only basic CRDMs.

The 504 Stim C is basically the equivalent of the 300-ish Stim B. You can make it without ACDRMs (so it should be fairly cheap), an ALS in the 100-120 range, 900OQ/PE organic and 900 OQ inorganic.
You are right that the Stim C isn't great, but it should sell for less than than the 420 Stim B that you mention.

I've managed up to 592 stim C's with basic CRDMs. So I'd imagine you can get up to 630 or so with nice ACRDMs.
