Doctor Archive

Just hit Novice Doc the other night, Since I move up in doc tree so fast. I runnin out of suplpies and having to craft alot o the time. I heard someone talking about Factories, and Harvesters. Just wondering if anyone can give me some insight as to what skills I need to run this. And set it up. I have an idea of soem thing. Just hoping some peeps with experience in it can help me out.
