Thread: Why can't I buff?!

Ok so I just got Intermediate Doctor's crafting, and I made a couple Enhance Packs...Why can't I use them??? I have Medicine use +60 and the packs only require 50...I'm in a Med Center...I'm targeting myself...I use the pack and...nothing...no error message, no buff and I still have the same amount of packs. What am I doing wrong?!

you have to have the second wound treatment box to get the buff skill
