Can a person be revived when the victim has died of mind damage?

Thanks in advance.

On the subject of revive..

If an overt faction player is revived in combat do they come back overt or covert with a revenge TEF? Just want to know before wasting time reviving someone to have them get wasted5 seconds later becasue they are still overt.

Thanks

They are revived as overt.

i wouldn't call it a waste to have them come back overt. the revenge tef isn't there, but they need to know to get the heck out of dodge till their mind pool comes back up. since even if their mind is full, when a rez is used it sends it down to bare minimum.

When I was out hunting, I revived an over Imperial and he came back as a Covert Imperial. This allowed us to help him out, because he was a friend of the groupI was in and he was the only Imp..the rest of us were Rebs.
