I was told that with 0 2 3 0 i can buff my slef with enhancet d's is that true??? I did the math and i think that if you have lv 3 in the medicine use tree your medicine use is 85, is that correct or am i just incompetent.

At 0/2/3/0, you can use the best enhancement packs. Of course, you'll have to find a master doctor to buy them from and they can be a bit pricey.

Assuming that experimentation gets fixed on enhancement packs at some point, you might even be able to enhance yourself with the best packs at 0/2/2/0. As it is right now, however, trying to lower medical use through experimentation on an enhancement pack makes the pack more difficult, rather than easier, to use.
