When your in the Medical Center, how do you decide who you heal? The way I did it was, first come first server, but if you were to lazy to clone and had alot of wounds, and someone only had a few, I did them first so they didn't have to wait.
Well today I was yelled at and told I need to work on my "bedside" manner, because I ignored someone "Twice". When infact I have no idea how she got the second time. And I wasnt even ignoring her, just trying to help the other people! Thoughts?
First come first served.... unless they tip me in advance (and tip me well), then they get bumped to the top of the list. 
Apply real life ER tactics.. most wounded gets treatment first (= XP to you)
Apply game mechanics tactics../say Highest tippergets healed first. No tips, no heal (= Money to you)
Apply nice guy tactics.. First come, first serve (= an emote to you)
I try to go first come first served...But I also try to let whoever is next know 1...that they are next and 2...if it is or is not going to be a long wait.
Sometimes I am in the med center by myself and it gets difficult and time consuming..and then what do you do if you run out of med packs??? You get a lot of annoyed players!
I will say that a tip before treatment will get my attention...HEY...I'm only Bothan 
Also...someone goes AFK...sorry, but they go right to the end of the line! I picked medic because I do like the interaction!!!

i force people waiting to listen to my complaints about the CM class...
u know its amazing the tips to be the first one out of the med center just totally pour in now...
so anyways have i told u guys about how AOE heals are broken...oooh oh how about....
I need a master doctor on bria to make me a set or 2 of enhance d packs, preferably around 800 base heal or more.
